Refund Policy

- Refunds are available only for services purchased directly from Duncan Global Consulting, not through third parties.

- If the service has not yet been performed, you are entitled to a full refund minus any administrative fees.
- For services that have been partially performed, the refund amount will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully performed and delivered.
- Customized consulting projects may have specific refund terms outlined in your contract. In such cases, the contract terms prevail.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine that the service was used or if the request is made in bad faith.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- We do not offer refunds for digital products or downloadable content once they have been accessed.
- If you purchased a package of multiple services, refunds apply only to the unused portion.
- Any promotional discounts or coupons applied at the time of purchase will be reflected in the refund amount.
- Refunds are not available for services that have been customized specifically for you and cannot be resold.
- If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
