Refund Policy

  1. We want you to be satisfied with our consulting services. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms below.
  2. Refunds are available only for services purchased directly from Duncan Global Consulting, not through third parties.
  3. To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the service delivery date.
  4. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the address provided at the end of this policy.
  5. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  6. If the service has not yet been performed, you are entitled to a full refund minus any administrative fees.
  7. For services that have been partially performed, the refund amount will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
  8. No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully performed and delivered.
  9. Customized consulting projects may have specific refund terms outlined in your contract. In such cases, the contract terms prevail.
  10. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine that the service was used or if the request is made in bad faith.
  11. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  12. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  13. We do not offer refunds for digital products or downloadable content once they have been accessed.
  14. If you purchased a package of multiple services, refunds apply only to the unused portion.
  15. Any promotional discounts or coupons applied at the time of purchase will be reflected in the refund amount.
  16. Refunds are not available for services that have been customized specifically for you and cannot be resold.
  17. If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
  18. You are responsible for any bank fees or charges that may apply to the refund transaction.
  19. We encourage you to contact us with any concerns before requesting a refund; we may be able to resolve the issue.
  20. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  21. We may update this refund policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time of purchase applies.

  23. For ongoing subscription services, you may cancel at any time, but refunds are only available as described above.
  24. No refunds will be given for services that have been delivered more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
